Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and technically proficient UI/UX Designer & Front-End Engineer to join our in-house team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications and translating those designs into responsive, high-quality front-end solutions.
This role requires strong expertise in UI/UX design, modern design tools, front-end technologies, and visual communication. The ideal candidate will contribute across the entire product lifecycle—from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to front-end implementation, business presentations, and technical documentation design.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
● Gather and analyze business and user requirements.
● Design user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
● Create modern, responsive, and accessible designs for web and mobile applications.
● Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
● Conduct usability evaluations and recommend UX improvements.
● Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
Front-End Engineering
● Convert approved designs into responsive, production-ready front-end applications.
● Develop reusable UI components and scalable front-end architectures.
● Build interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and best practices.
● Integrate front-end applications with APIs and backend services.
● Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
● Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Presentation & Documentation Design
● Create professional business presentations, executive decks, and product demonstrations.
● Design infographics, workflow diagrams, process flows, and visual reports.
● Support technical documentation with visually engaging layouts and illustrations.
● Prepare marketing and proposal materials aligned with corporate branding.
Collaboration
● Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders.
● Participate in product planning, requirement analysis, and design reviews.
● Provide design guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Design Expertise
● Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
● Advanced proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Photoshop.
● Experience with design systems, component libraries, and interactive prototyping.
● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
Front-End Development Expertise
● Strong knowledge of: HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
● Hands-on experience with: ReactJS, Next.js (preferred).
● Experience with responsive design, API integration, state management, and component-driven development.
● Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with mobile-first and responsive design methodologies.
● Familiarity with AI-assisted design and development tools.
● Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
● Understanding of micro-interactions, and modern UI trends.
Experience & Education
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
● 5–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
● Proven track record of delivering commercial web and mobile applications.

Salary Information

● The base salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and years of experience (DOE).
