Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, particularly in ERP systems and mobile applications (Secondary Sales Apps).
This role requires strong documentation skills, a structured testing approach, and the ability to contribute beyond QA—occasionally supporting analysis and post-deployment activities to ensure overall project success.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for ERP and mobile applications
● Perform manual testing to ensure product quality and business requirement validation
● Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing
● Identify, document, and track bugs using standard tools
● Ensure proper test documentation and reporting throughout the SDLC
● Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements
● Participate in requirement analysis and impact assessment
● Support UAT processes and ensure smooth release cycles
● Occasionally act as a business analyst/support role to help align product functionality with business needs
● Ensure product quality aligns with ERP domain standards and workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
● 4+ years of experience in QA (Manual + Automation)
● Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies
● Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.)
● Hands-on experience in API testing (Postman or similar tools)
● Experience working with ERP systems (Finance, Inventory, Sales, etc.)
● Strong knowledge of test documentation practices
● Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
● Good understanding of mobile application testing (Android/iOS)
● Ability to analyze requirements and think from a business perspective
Nice to Have
● Experience in Secondary Sales / Distribution Management Systems (DMS)
● Basic knowledge of SQL / database testing
● Experience in CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
● Exposure to Agile/Scrum environment

Job Location
● The primary work location is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
● This role may require travel across various regions of Bangladesh, accounting for approximately 40% of working time.
