We are seeking a versatile and experienced Full Stack Developer – Integrations Specialist to join a nimble, high-impact team focused on building and maintaining seamless integrations across a range of platforms and technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in diverse technical environments, is comfortable transitioning between different tech stacks, and can make meaningful contributions from day one.
You will play a key role in integrating third-party platforms with our digital experience solutions, ensuring smooth data flows, responsive functionality, and scalable architecture. This is a mid-to-senior-level role reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between our core systems and a range of third-party platforms, including e-commerce and content management platforms.
- Implement RESTful APIs, web services, and event-driven architectures to support various integration use cases (one-way, bidirectional, and event-triggered).
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps professionals to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, including data transformation, authentication, and error handling.
- Produce clear documentation and participate in code reviews to uphold best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and help define timelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Full Stack or Integration Developer in varied and dynamic environments.
- Broad familiarity with backend languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET — with the ability to adapt across them depending on the project.
- Experience with integration tools and platforms, including both custom-built and IPaaS-based solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or others).
- Exposure to third-party commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud – a plus).
- Strong understanding of integration complexities, including authentication, data flow orchestration, transformation, and monitoring.
- Multicloud experience is preferred (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Front-end framework experience (e.g., React) is helpful for certain integration tasks, though deep HTML/CSS expertise is not required.
- Familiarity with content management systems and merchandising/search platforms (e.g., Crownpeak, Algolia, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly across a range of stakeholders and priorities.
Success in the First 90 Days
You’ll be expected to quickly absorb the domain, actively engage with real integration challenges from day one, and demonstrate your ability to learn by doing. This is not a role with a long ramp-up period — we’re looking for someone who can start contributing early, with a can-do attitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
